The annual meeting of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society(MSTS) is currently underway in Detroit Michigan. Surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, radiologists and pathologists who spend their careers treating patients with musculoskeletal lesions convene to share and discuss challenges within their shared field of medicine.
The morning sessions focused on soft tissue sarcomas and collaborative studies within the society. Today’s afternoon sessions will address complex problems encountered in tumors of the pelvis and spine, basic science of these diseases, and quality of life issues.
